Cancellation Policy
General
The cancellation policy is effective for all trips organised by TripComets starting from 01 July Refunds for eligible TripComets customers will be processed within 7-14 working days from the date of cancellation or when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later.

Please note that the refund amount may vary based on international exchange rates, refunds received from suppliers, and payments made by customers to date. Any changes in the refund amount will be communicated to customers by their respective account managers.
Cancellation
Non-Refundable Trips/Activities: For trips or activities marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, customers will not receive any refund upon cancellation.
Refundable Trips/Activities: For trips or activities marked as “Refundable” on the final vouchers, customers will receive a refund as detailed in the “Cancellation Policy” section of the product and in the final invoice shared via email.
Exchange Rate Variations: The total refunds for trips/activities may be affected by international exchange rate fluctuations.
Supplier Cancellations/Delays: TripComets is not responsible for cancelled or delayed trips/activities. The realization of refunds depends on the processing by the respective Suppliers.
Punctuality: Customers must arrive at the pickup location (hotel lobby or common pickup place) at least 15 minutes before the tour start time. TripComets is not responsible for refunds if customers miss their trips due to late arrival.
Cancellation by Customer
- Notice Period: Customers can cancel their booking by providing a written cancellation request up to 2 days before the intended date of participation, unless otherwise stated on the product site. A small processing fee may apply.
- Peak Season: During peak or specified seasons, bookings may be non-refundable due to high demand.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the intended date of participation.
- Non-Participation: No refunds will be issued for non-participation, late arrival, or early departure from the tour or activity.
- Pickup Delays: If the pickup service is delayed due to traffic or multiple pickups, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us using the emergency number provided at the time of Booking.
Cancellation by Supplier
- Supplier’s Rights: Suppliers reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time before departure for any reason, including dangerous weather conditions or insufficient participants.
- Notification: If there are fewer than the required number of participants confirmed at the time of your booking, we will inform you and offer either a refund or an alternative date.
- Refunds and Rescheduling: If a trip is cancelled by the supplier, you will receive a refund (which may incur small transaction fees) or be allowed to reschedule for an alternative date at no additional cost.
- Additional Costs: Neither TripComets nor the supplier will be responsible for any additional costs incurred beyond the price of your ticket(s), such as transport or personal expenses. Cancellation Due to Bad Weather or Unsafe Conditions.
Cancellation Due to Bad Weather or Unsafe Conditions
- Weather Conditions: Most tours and transfers are designed to operate in various weather conditions. If you cancel due to unfavourable weather but the supplier deems it safe to proceed, no refund will be given.
- Unsafe Conditions: If the tour operator deems the weather conditions unsafe and cancels the tour, you have two options:
Reschedule: Reschedule the same itinerary for a different day at no additional cost.
Refund: Receive a refund for the trip, subject to a small additional charge.
