Booking Terms

1. Service Providers/Suppliers: TripComets acts solely as a booking agent for service providers such as transportation, guides, and activity organizers. We do not provide these services directly and cannot guarantee their availability or quality.
2. Liability: You agree that TripComets is not liable for any damages, including personal injury or financial loss, arising from the acts or omissions of service providers during your trip.
3. Payment and Confirmation: Full payment confirms your booking. Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation and voucher via email, which you should retain for reference.
4. Responsibility: It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of booking details and pay for additional items not included in the trip/activity price, such as entrance fees or personal expenses.

Changes and Cancellations

1. Itinerary Changes: TripComets reserves the right to modify itineraries if necessary. We will endeavor to provide comparable alternatives.
2. External Events: We may modify or cancel a trip/activity due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or political unrest. In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives or refunds where applicable.
3. Cancellation Policy: For most trips/activities, you may cancel your booking 48 hours before the trip date for a refund, subject to a small processing fee. 4. Weather Conditions: Trips proceed under most weather conditions. If a trip/activity is canceled due to unsafe conditions as determined by the service provider, you may reschedule or receive a refund, minus any applicable charges.
